1. Nature of Protocol & Best-Effort Telemetry
SentinelGate Stage I prefill evaluation and Stage II interception operate on deterministic heuristics and kinematic boundary models. Attestation bags (.sent) certify payload evaluation against designated coordinates at timestamp T via Ed25519 signatures.
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of absolute zero-day intrusion prevention, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond the documented governance coordinates.
2. Upstream Model Dependencies
Thohat Ventures Ltd acts strictly as a governance proxy and accepts no liability for upstream LLM provider downtime, rate limiting, token exhaustion, model quality, hallucinated outputs, or downstream agent execution side-effects arising after a permitted forward.
3. Mandatory Cryptographic Verification
Official notary keys are retrieved exclusively from
https://api.sentinelgate.dev/.well-known/sentinel-pubkey.pem.
Failure by a client, counterparty, or auditor to verify cryptographic signatures against that published public key relieves Thohat Ventures Ltd of all evidentiary representations associated with any .sent container.
4. Limitation of Liability (UCTA 1977 Compliant)
- Statutory Carve-Out: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
- Consequential Damages Exclusion: Subject to the statutory carve-out above, there is a total exclusion of indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses, including lost profits, commercial goodwill, or autonomous contract damages.
- Aggregate Financial Cap: The total aggregate liability of Thohat Ventures Ltd for all claims arising out of or related to the service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall strictly not exceed the greater of: (i) the total fees paid by the client to Thohat Ventures Ltd in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim; or (ii) Two Hundred and Fifty British Pounds Sterling (£250.00 GBP).
5. High-Hazard Infrastructure Exclusion
The service must not be used as a primary or sole control in safety-critical systems requiring fail-safe performance, including without limitation medical life support, air traffic control, nuclear facilities, weapons systems, or any environment where a governance miss could reasonably be expected to cause death, serious injury, or catastrophic environmental harm.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service.
